La Lune / The moon

🇬🇧 Card of the day: the Moon.

With the full moon on February 5th, the Moon is strong and emphasized in her bright aspect here in Leo, domicile of the Sun. It is the union of masculine and feminine principles, a union of opposites.

Traditionally the Major Arcana XVIII evokes the concepts of opposition and travel in its shadows.

The Moon, as the reflection or mirror of light, is to be linked with the enantiodromy: “a tendency emanating from the unconscious, going in the opposite direction to the self, when the latter adopts an excessive position, this precisely to compensate for its effects” (C.G. Jung)

The meeting of our unconscious, in the depths of our being, inside us, allows us to accept who we are in totality and to access our integrated personality, our Sun.

We have made the travel to our underworld, we understood . We understood our projections and our determined needs, and we are capable of navigating with them. We accept our shadow, as necessary for the balance of the ego, and by letting go, we find the center, the Tao â˜Żïž the balance.
